
Students with computer related problems or questions can get help from the OIT Help Desk. Support is provided for software, hardware troubleshooting, and networking configurations.
The OIT computer repair shop (CRS) provides low-cost assistance with a variety of laptop and desktop maintenance and repair problems. The CRS services Apple, Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu, and HP computers (both warranty and out-of-warranty work).
Prior to enrollment (after acceptance) into the Graphic Design Program, WMU students are required to purchase a Macintosh laptop computer and software necessary to complete the sequence of courses.
